Cover is provided in the event of negligence, errors or omissions that occur whilst carrying out a professional duty. This includes:

Fraud by an employee
Libel and/or slander
Infringement of personal rights
Unintentional breach of authority

Third Party Legal Liability

Cover is provided in the event of a company, in the course of providing their professional services, becoming liable to a third party with whom they do not have a contractual relationship. This includes:

Bodily injury to a third party
Physical loss or physical damage to third party property
Consequential loss suffered by a third party as a result of bodily injury, physical loss or physical damage to property

Fines and Duties Liability

Cover is provided in the event of any unintentional breach of any regulation, legal or statutory provision resulting in the company receiving a fine or other form of penalty.

Claims Expenses Cover

Cover is provided for expenses incurred in investigating, defending or mitigating a claim.
